Sales Incentives

Many companies use a variety of incentives to motivate their employees to perform at peak levels.  This is a great piece of information to bring up when talking to a client about having an event instead of simply handing out cash.  Many employees may say that they only want more money, but the data shows that is only part of the equation.  Most of all, employees want to feel that their work is appreciated by the company and their boss.  An event is a great way to show employees that you care and is also a fantastic place to bond.  You always want to reward your top employees and that is what you sell the client on when meeting with them about having an event and using your event or meeting planning company.  Use this as a key selling point and don’t assume that companys understand this.  Most do, but it never hurts to reinforce the fundamentals.
